I like the color of the hair but maybe add a little more to the left side of his head so it looks more realistic, The headband would be clentching the hair so the top would come out a little bit and same for the bottom if that makes sense. I liked the color you used for the hair. Maybe add some shading would make this much better, but Im guessin your using paint or something that doesnt have a lot of colors.
