Forsaken Paths
Dwindling stars outline
The path I traveled on.
Every time I look back,
They grow darker. They disappear.
No one told me there was no going back.
Vanishing memories signify
The paths I chose not to take.
Every time I think again,
I find it's too late. It's too late.
No one ever said I could never try again.
Fading places note
The paths I cannot tread.
Every time I realize that,
It hurts, it hurts inside.
No one ever said it could be too late.

| this is deep. the choices we make in life are ireversable (probably wrong spelling too). writing and reading stuff like this only solidifies that in our minds. we can learn from it |
