Confussion

The confussion engulfs me,

My concience escapes me,

Darkness surounds me,

My heart bursting inside me,

My mind has betrayed me.

It seems all good has escaped me,

And only evil comes near me,

My blood grows cold inside me,

And in me, there is no human remaining.

Love had once filled me,

And there was life inside me,

The world was perfect around me,

And serenity had once enwrapped me.

Now all thats left are those taunting memories,

Now I feel their sting,

Now my life is miserey,

Now my life is pain,

Now my heart is broken,

Never to be the same.

For when I finnally opened up,

When I finnally lived,

When I finnally took a chance,

Took a chance with love,

They took my heart and broke it,

They took my love and brused it,

They took my trust and utterly misused it.
