The LiiiTTle-wEE TRee
There's a baby pine tree
hidden amongst the giant-ancient elms and oaks
Sought to be seen in the greener woods
- suffocating inbetween all the adults
Holding onto the gravity and grounds
-to survive
- to thrive
The elders steal all the sunrays
and all the renewing raindrops
It's in agony that the lil guy only gets one tinsy-winsy droplet
and only one half second of sunshine
But you see...
that's it's secret to a prolonging life
- though it suffers with tthe hazing and bias(ing)
- it never gives up
-it's growing even in the darkness
and the growth continues
with or without
some kind of chance of help...
hidden amongst the giant-ancient elms and oaks
Sought to be seen in the greener woods
- suffocating inbetween all the adults
Holding onto the gravity and grounds
-to survive
- to thrive
The elders steal all the sunrays
and all the renewing raindrops
It's in agony that the lil guy only gets one tinsy-winsy droplet
and only one half second of sunshine
But you see...
that's it's secret to a prolonging life
- though it suffers with tthe hazing and bias(ing)
- it never gives up
-it's growing even in the darkness
and the growth continues
with or without
some kind of chance of help...
