Circumference
Once again we take the round trip to the dead ends of the beginning
First few blind steps have you walking jaunty while you're grinning
Though we may not know if this path leads us to devastation or our sinning
We go round and around about with no end to our senseless begging(break)
We know where this path leads us it makes no sense to deny
Going perfectly round, but straight according to the sky
Look around you, be ye not fooled, you've seen what happens when your other choice dies
So throw eyes naked truth...to the fears, the cries...the tears, and the lies
And be humble and respectful to the ones who have said their goodbyes
Because they will no longer endure the horror this world belies(break)
Each breath we take brings us closer to disaster
For some of us it simply means facing our master
Each breath in is life and the excess death's cold rasper
Unknown to us is this round trip...however, to reach the "end" we go faster(break)
Running through the harshness of the world's circumstances
Leaves us broken, and cold, and longing for poor romances
We take the hands of what we believe to be life, and let them stroll us temporarily through their luminous dances
Only to be pushed aside...still on the round path making advances(break)
Once again we take the round trip to the dead ends of the beginning
First few blind steps have you walking jaunty while you're grinning
Though we may not know if this path leads us to devastation or our sinning
We go round an around about with no end to our senseless begging(break)
Half-way round...the tortured soul begins to crumble
Holding ourselves together we have no choice but to tumble...
Down...and down...and down
Until we hit the hardest part of the pathway making a clear, consistent rumble
Only to get back up to stumble round and around again...(break)
What's been said...what's been done...the things enjoyed...and what's been fun
Brings us to the last curve in our seemingly difficult circular run
We have one of two choices before relieving our heavy burden
Our heavy burden...our heavy ton(break)
We're finally done with this course, finally free from all the sin
No more rounds of misery or the pain that was felt within
Yet ask yourself one question before stepping off of this circular end
The worst is finally over...would you really do it again?
