Why do you cause this grief?

Why can you not see?

Why are these tears falling so easily?

I jarred myself to reality that is not there,

No one is there.

I cried because my world is ash,

Falling from the dimly lit sky,

Landing upon my chin.

Murky is the water,

I can no longer face the truth.

Without your love my life is lost,

With I am surely through,

Drawn two directions of what is a dangerous fate,

My ideas swept along the thorns,

While my heart has been shattered by the storms.

Your love a poison of which I am dying from,

This drought of desire rages through me like wildfire.
