if there was an answer

There are times in a persons life

were they just have to face the truth

i cant quite decide what im going to do

but for right now i just cant be with you

i do think of us from time to  time

all the joy we use to share together

and how we would lay next to each other

and say this will be going forever

i cant be the awful person i was

i have to tell you the truth today

yes i do love you more than words

but for some reason i cant today

i wish i could go back in time

to where i never met him at all

but life doesnt work that way

i just have to get threw it all

i do love you i hope you know that

but in my heart it's telling me

were not going to last
