Love

Love is it ever really there
does it follow you where ever you go
where can we find our true love?
who is it to say you ever do
love they say is in the eye of the beholder
love is to be cherished and held in your arms,
wanting to just be held in an embrace,
remembering that beautiful face,
picturing it in my mind every day,
not ever wanting to forget,
because with out it there is no love for me,
how i long to hold you in my arms,
wishing you may never see this poem,
I've known since you met me you had my heart.
