I find these words lost upon my fingertips

Not quite lost but not yet found

I’ve discovered you from within those bounds

You don’t care to share with the world the emotions you cannot bear

My heart weeps with tears

Not just of you but those who are able to hear

What many of us must endear

But yet we are one small group alone

Some stay

Others go

You’re the reason

I’m still here

The reason why I didn’t lose hope

Your patience breaks ice

And it floods the world

The pain

The anger

That many not see or know

Drowning in your own water

While others stay afloat

But they don’t know

The others

They don’t see past your boundary lines

Past the shallow waters

To care
