Walking Contradiction
Crash and burn
But baby don't get up
You tell me what to say, but then you say, "shut up"
You light my fire
But then you pour cold water on it.
Nothing pleases you,
But everything has to go your way.
You say you have proper etiquette, so you turn around and spit.
You fell in love with me,
But you never really liked me.
You ask me how I feel, but you punish me when I cry.
You say life's great, but then you say that you want to die.
You're a walking contradiction
And you're tearing me to shreds;
You kiss my heart so softly,
But my heart is considered dead.
