♥ SUICIDE ♥

This goes out to all my friends,

and those I've never met.

Take the time and think it over,

before you do something you regret.

 

I know that life gets tough sometimes,

and it really gets you down.

But if you take a minute or two

and have a look around.

 

The world is full of sorrow,

the world is full of pain.

If you take your life today,

you have nothing left to gain.

 

So let these feelings go somehow

and focus on your life.

Go and find some happiness,

and stay away from that knife.

 

People can be mean sometimes,

and I know love can hurt.

But you won't find happiness,

buried in the dirt.

 

So, hold on to your dreams,

and love the ones that care.

Take ahold of your destiny,

find happiness, if you dare.

LIVE YOUR LIFE, DON'T LET OTHERS TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR DESTINY, I DIDN'T. I WISH YOU ALL THE LUCK IN THE WORLD, YOU GUYS TAKE CARE. p.s. I only wrote this in caps so it would get your attention...lol. Seriously guys, give life a chance, you might be surprised...just don't expect it to always be easy cause it is not.

beautyisthewol I have to agree with most of those here, thinking about the positive is hard to do when all you've ever thought about was your pain. I tried to take away my life many years ago. As you can see I am still here, but sometimes it is just hell. I have wrote a couple of poems. One of them is about someone I thought I knew trying to kill himself. Sometimes, thinking about the afterlife is so enticing, but I am trying to turn my life around. I can see both sides of the story on this one.
