All those phone calls

That I thought were so long

Now seem like they were

Way too short

All those moments spent together

That seemed to last a lifetime

Now seem to be all gone

And never coming back

And now as I sit here

And I can barely breathe

My stomach is in knots

My head pounding

I can’t see

I can’t think straight

I want you more than anything

And all those times

The good ones and the bad

They seem to run together

And it wasn’t long enough
