how come paintings of naked ladies are considered art but pictures of naked ladies is porn

Because of the big deal society makes out of nudity and sex! It's just like alcohol, places where thiers not a legal age doesn't have problems cause it's not a big deal unless someone makes it one. our society does that.

If the sole purpose of the naked picture is to generate a sexual response, act, etc. Then it would be considered porn. Now, there are photos of nude women that are considered art. But the paintings and photos were not created for someone to masturbate too, or any other porn-related activity.

i think if painted or shot tastefully naked humans are art (just look at my art entitled mesh), furthermore i consider playboy art, it is tastefully done
