well only you can change it. its a thrive in itself. basically when i see my direction heading that way, if 2 days in a row i'm really not eating, i tempt to change my perspection of troubles. I know its easier said then done. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. And when it does even work, it only works for a little while. It's like a temp placement. Have you ever tried anything like that?
yeah when i get upset or too stressed out i can't eat either, but its not really anorexia. anorexia doing it purposely is throwing food up after you eat.
yea I am not anorexia but I have been before it hard to get out of it to but i'm afraid I may go through it again because i haven't ate in 3 days because i'm just so upset and when i look at food i get sick
Anorexia is also a terrible sign of depression. The person who may have anorexia may not able to control their diet because of their depression. There is also another form of anorexia, genes...genes that run in the family that keeps the person skinny no matter how much they eat and any tiny little stress thats caused in their life, they automatically loose weight. Then there is the kind who do it purposely, that I am against cause its sickning. There are other ways of loosing weight successfully.
against of course! its soo unhealthy for your body. im not judging anyone who is dealing with this though because i know what its like to be anorexic. i was for awhile and it made me feel sick constantly and one night i felt like i was having a heart attack so i vowed to never do it again. its a horrible illness but i feel sorry for anyone whose been in its grasp. just choose to live.
