Why do you get onTestriffic?
Is it for your friends, the jokes, stories, poems, tests, the artwork, to chat with new people? What makes this place so addicting in your opinion?

I like to observe people. Their online mannerisms, how they engage with others; their personalities. I'm particularly fond of intelligent analysis on current issues or those met with controversy. On the internet, in my opinion, people are less afraid of offending one another. There's some sort of protection built in that inherent anonymity. That's beneficial with a debate, or anything else of the sort. It makes the exchange of information more blunt and to the point. Of course in situations that are more sociable, that can become an issue, and it's just damaging and unappreciated. But in that one aspect, it is valued.
Other than that, I respect several people here, and appreciate their views. There have been others who have changed my opinions in certain matters, and that doesn't happen often. I find that valuable - that smarter people can knock some sense into some things for me.
I don't really fiddle with anything else. So those are my main reasons for coming back, it appears.
