Friend problems

so there this guy i use to go out with and i broke up with him on april 5th of last year, so now he hates me and he doesn't like me or wants to go out with me or he doesn't even want to talk to me so what should i do? I love him so much but he doesn't feel the same way and he is acting like a jerk about the whole thing. so what should i do??? I only broke up with him because he wasn't spending enough time with me and now he hates my guts. so idk what to do or say to him any more.

Well ... I don't know. Seems like he isn't letting you have your say. Next time you see him, tell him you wanna talk about what's going on. If he's still the same and trying to ignore you - then i guess there's nothing you can do. But one thing i can guess ... Just guess ... He must like you - Because you dumped him and thats when the problems started. If he didn't like you, he wouldn't make such a big deal out of it. If he chooses to ignore you, then i guess that's what he wants to do [Yet i'm guessing he doesnt really wannah do it]. You'll get over it eventually, i assure you.

It was actually his idea to sort of I guess if you would call it "dump" her. It was a mutual decision which resulted in both of them sort of parting ways. He could have been somewhat self absorbed I guess. She could have dumped him cruelly but I don't think she did.

Well, in this case, there are still missing bits. I'm suspicious of the timeline. My guess is that she broke up with him this year, not last year. Also, I would tend to default toward thinking one of two things. Either he has always been self-absorbed and wants to punish her based on his "under appreciated greatness," or she dumped him cruelly.

Is that really how guys think about it? I think girls think that they miss the friendship they had with the guy. They wish they could have that even tho they couldn't make the relationship work.
