An old teacher of mine
I was cleaning through the documents on my computer and found an alternate introduction to a letter that I wrote to a teacher a couple years ago that exhausted me with work and rewarded with a string of Bs and lots of overly marked papers. I almost sent this in as an opener to that letter of mature protest.
Dear Miss Johnson, You strike me as a liberal teacher who holds the opinions of her students in high regard. So here is some objective criticism that you can chew over, swallow, regurgitate, and then shove up your ass. So you can put down that annoying trigger happy pen of yours for a moment, shut up, and listen to what I have to say. “Just to polish up your teaching skills.”
