mexico is a poor country, to begin with. of course the health care there is not up to par, it's a very poor country!

as for canada, the health care provided is much better because canada is a 1st world country, with better technology and more money to build hospitals and hire staff and provide all the necessary materials to provide health care for EVERY citizen, not just for the lucky ones who have a job that has those benefits or you make enough money to buy your own health insurance.

Mexico has socialized medicine and we don't. When medicine is socialized, everyone loses. (Talk to someone from Mexico or Canada!) It failed in Hawaii, yet socialists still talk about bringing it to the other states. If America's hospitals were not what they are today, we'd have more to worry about than CDC H1N1 Flu.
