I missed my math final

My professor called me. I missed it. It was yesterday. I thought the exam was tomorrow. For some reason I thought tomorrow was Tuesday. That's funny, seeing as class never meets on Tuesday and I was aware at least 12 hours ago today was actually Tuesday. Not only this, but I was the only student that didn't show up for this important final, and I've never missed a test in how many years - possibly my entire life. Irresponsible comes to mind. Wholly irresponsible.

This reminds me of a recurring nightmare I had, especially during college. I would all of a sudden remember (during the middle of the semester) that I had a class that I had totally forgotten that I had. Then I would panic in the dream about it and wake up full of anxiety. But then I loved the feeling of slowly realizing it wasn't a dream and that I was in fact attending all of my classes.
