Close your eyes and daydream about something you've always wanted to happen. Steady your breathing. Once your in your 'happy place' count to 100 and tada you'll probably be asleep. Also fluff your pillows and if you can drink a warm glass of milk before. Snuggle in your blankets. Your probably exaughstead right now..
I don't believe in medication at all but maybe take a sleeping pill then, runa warm bath and turn the lights low or light candels and turn them off listen to soft easy music wash yer body get clean all that then go to yer room with cold water and you'll be all warm lay down youllhave wet hair in yer face haha its soothing haha but just curl up in a ball and listen to something calming and don't think abot anything at all but have yer mind wide open but your eyes closed good luc' even tho I'm no help!
