i need advice

theres a girl in my class i want to go out with but forget what i want to ask her....even if i wright a note i forget what im gonna give her....what should i do

i know but i cant get close enough to her to ask her cause my teacher waches every one....i can talk to her at the end of the class but my teacher lets all girls out and she is already in her last class when he lets the guys out
