I used to throw lighter balls. But I was going too out of control, and my grandfather couldn't help but notice I was throwing over 20 mph. So I moved up to like 14 lbs.

Candlepin, I can hurl those sons of bitches like there's no tomorrow. Granted it's a pain in the ass to begin with, but those tiny balls you can get some fierce speed on them.
