Health Question

Lately my tummy has been getting sharp pains. Like before I eat, even after I eat, and it will continue for a few hours. This morning it was on the right, and around 4 pm my time it was on the left, and now back to the right. I don't know if it is because of stress, or lack of protein, and could be malnutrition, since I eat only chicken for meat, and small portions. Did I just solve my own problem? And please don't be jackasses in this social.

there are many reasons your tummy can have pains...for example gas causes tummy aches lol...too much dairy could do the trick if ur anything like me...and so could a lot of sugar...so good luck...
