ABORTION

I have to do an oral presentation in english that augues a point, as i don't realy car about anything i randomly chose to do abortion. I also can't be botherd doing reaseach and don't even know which side i am for..............so could everyone get the fuck in here and augue about it.

The laws are made by what the majority wants. Everything is put to a vote. If most people vote against abortion being legal, even if it is based on their religious views, then that is the way the law is made. Religion will always play a part in the way things go. The part of the constitution you quoted is not talking about allowing anything to mix or not to mix. It was written in as a way to prevent the government from telling its citizens what to believe and how to practice it. Therefore, telling someone that they can't be against something because of their religious views goes against what is quoted here.

Wow, I really hope you are kidding. Thats just mean and no the guy shouldn't have a say UNLESS the guy wants the baby but the mother does not. But if he doesn't want the baby then oh well he isn't the one with the baby in the stomach.
I don't think abortion should be illegal, but I do not agree to it. I would not do it myself but if the mother is not going to be able to take care of the kid or doesn't want the kid its self then she shouldn't be forced to have it. Even though I would highly recommend adoption instead. But just to have a baby is a lot of work even just for those 9 months it is in your stomach and if the mother isnt willing to do it she shouldn't be FORCED into doing it. But again I would highly recommend adoption instead.

No abortion unless the mother is faced with one of three situations.

1. Rape

2. Incest

3. The baby would die anyway once born, (such as the baby's organs form outside of the body and it cannot be surgically fixed) so the mother aborts to spare it the pain. Pertinent medical issues, i.e. life of the mother + child endangered.

As for just a girl getting knocked up? Well, if you're old enough to have consensual sex, then you're old enough to take responsibility for your own actions.

Bring the baby to term and then give it up for adoption if you don't want it. Don't make it suffer because you're selfish and lazy.

It's true that later in childhood it's hard to get placed in a home, but babies get snatched up like gold coins in Times Square.

But let me say one more thing. I am not for making a law banning abortion, I hope that isn't necessary in the first place, that mother's will go with adoption if they don't want their child. It's ultimately up to the individual, I just hope that they do the right thing. I don't find this to be a gray area outside of the qualifiers that I provided.
