help!!Dump him or not????

okay i love my boyfriend, but he is getting so weird.He gets more and more perverted ll the time, he only thinks about us kising and stuff, and he is SOO jealous.He hates my ex boyfriend, whom i always talk to and joke around with which makes him extremely mad, but him and i are still GREAT friends.Plus i like my ex AND this other guy.My boyfriend is just kinda getting annoying.Am i being shallow??
