A Glimpse Into The Past

By the time yr 6 was over it was time to move to highschool. Erin was so excited, everyone was.. Except me. I knew I was going to be to dumb to cope with their work.

Danielle, the girl I was jelious of, was pretty nervous to. She looked like she was scared of getting trampled or something, but she always did look kind of worried. By coincidence we had all the same classes except for one, she had cooking and I had music.

In a week at that school everyone was comfterble, and me and Danni were best friends. I barly hung around Erin, me and Danni walked around the school together, sometimes Mitchell would tag along.

The more we hung out, the more Danni started opening up to me. I learnt her dad was a real asshole, and always yelled at her, but I didn't get why she was wining so much. It's not that bad, I had so much more going on then her, I couldn't understand what was so bad about getting yelled at once or twice a day.

*Alot of stuff was going on at the time, but I don't think y'all wonna hear about that. =P*

During music one day, my true personality, the one I'd been trying to hide came out. I guess as much as I try I'll always be the same.

"No, no Jessica."

"My name's JJ." I said calm.

"Jessica, I've known you since you were just a little baby."

"You're not my family. Only my family calls me that name."

She rolled her eyes.

"Look Jess, you've got to--"

I slammed the guitar on the ground and walked out of class, slamming the door behind me. I hated that stupid guitar, I sucked at it. I sucked at everything I tryed. The fact that sport was next was even worse. When I was little I loved soccer, but I guess as I hit my teenage years things changed.

I walked down to the shops and stole some chocolate, for no reason really. By the time I got back to school the bell went and it was lunch time.

"Hey Danni, want some?"

"JJ! Did you steal that?"

I laughed. "Yeah."

Mitchell walked past with two V drinks, automaticly me and Danni chaised him.

"V!!" We both said.. Well.. Screamed, in unison.

Mitchell rolled his eyes and gave us the bottles.

"Thanks Mitchell!" I said happily.

His head snapped back and forth. "How come you do that?"

"Do what?"

"That thingy, that twitch."

"I dunno."

A few sips of my V and a teacher stopped in front of us. "No energy drinks at school."

"Get fucked. I'll drink what I want. I've got fucking sport next, I thought you guys wanted me to fucking play your stupid fucking games." I pretty much yelled and walked away. Of course Mr. Pyner followed.

"You can't talk to me like that"

I kept walking and ignored him.

"JJ! Do you want me to call your mother?"

I still kept walking.

"JJ, just put the drink away." Danni said in a worried tone.

I rolled my eyes and put the drink in my bag, and of course the second Pyner walked away I pulled it out again.
