Silence Breaks #2

I heard a ringing sound behind me--it was a walkey talkey. All they had to do was press one little button and it rang through all the other walkey talkeys, they were calling for backup.

I jumped the fence on the left into someones yard and then into their neighbors yard. A fat bold man yelled at me, but shut his mouth after he saw two vans pull up infront of the yard to block me & two men jump over the fence and grab my arms to hold me back. About 5 men got out of each van.

I knew I'd never get away, but there was something telling me not to give up. I kicked one of the men holding me in the shin, automatically they both let go and I practically flew over the fence I jumped so fast.

I grabbed someones bike that was sitting outside the fence and rode as fast as I could down the road. The two vans drove side by side, sandwhiching me inbetween them. I went as fast as I could untill the bike wouldn't go anymore down the steep hill.

All of a suddon I slammed my breaks on and skidded to the side, the two vans chaising me slightly collided with eachother. It wasn't enough to stop them, but it sure as hell slowed them down.

The chain on the bike came off and I obviously didn't have the time to fix it. I dumped the bike & ran across the oval, but this time, someone was smart enough to get out of the van so they could actually grab me instead of chaising me pointlessly.

I ran as fast as I could but by this point I was already exaughsted and I couldn't run faster than any of these men.

A man jumped right on top of me and flattened me to the ground. The breath was knocked right out of me, though he just got up and dusted himself off, pulling me up with him.

He held me back, not that by this point I had much left in me to struggle anyway. The two vans had driven up to us by now, and Steven got out of the front seat of one of them.

I was in shock. I had no idea how he got to my new town.. He walked up to me and stroked my cheek, I move my face away but he just laughed.

"I knew it was you. Long time no see. One of my men spotted you last week so we've been watching you. Just like when I first found you. I've got your adress and your number." He smirked.

I felt sick with anxiety. I just wanted to die. My chest was on fire and I wanted to throw up. Why would anyone do such a thing? Why would all these men target one girl? Was there something they wanted from me?
