Pushing Through [Chapter 2]

Chapter 2

    Usually when we've been tortured and lost so much blood like I had we need to get someone elses blood but not me, nope not me. I rip open the fridge door and tear out all the food slapping it on the counter and shoving stuff wildly in my mouth, I was never going to be a monster. I ate the turkey that was in there and everything else, usually It was more than 50pounds of food I would eat, I didnt have enough, after finishing off every thing I opened the cabinets and ripped tops off cans emptying the contents of it into my mouth and chewing feverently. I was still hungry. Bracing myself against the counter top I shuddered violently and I sqeezed my eyes closed as another ripple passed through my body and the urge over took my body, I heaved up everything I had just eaten on the floor falling down on my knees and grabbing my head as more food flowed out of my mouth and onto the floor.

      "Jack; Jack its ok." I heard Max, another one of our cult holding my shoulders back and prying my fingers from my skull, I looked at my blood stained hands. He ripped my arms back and held them there as I yanked and thrashed trying to get away from him; I had to get away from him. A wave of pain shot through my body and he let go jumping back and crashing against the wall growling at me. "What the hell are you trying to do, STOP IT?!" He bellowed his eyes crazed as he stood his distance. " Who do you think you are?!" He was enraged now.

     I yelled and then I transformed.

Alice Jerobi      Sometimes I dont even want to be who I am, other times like these, I do. Toby the cute soccer player has his arms wrapped around my waist and his nose by my ear, I know what he wants but I grab his hand and lead him back to the couch to our math homework, I am his only hope at passing senior year and staying on the soccer team. "So, do you understand the math problems now?" I ask and his kisses my neck pushing me onto the couch and running his hands up my shirt then running them back down towards my pants button, I grab his hands and pull them above my head covering his lips with mine and them rolling him off the couch and onto the floor.

       "So you like top." He murmers and I roll off him standing up and laughing at his remark.

      "I like finishing my work, and getting to know people better before I make that crucial decision on weather I like top or bottom." I say and I scoot over so he can sit down next to me. He grabs his books and closes them, signaling he doesnt want to work anymore.

       "Really? So how about maybe, you and me the cafe tomorrow at 7?" He asks and I look at him fully taking him in. He has tanned skin showing how many hours he was out in the sun over the summer, bleach blonde hair, and blue eyes. The complete opposite of the guy I had ever wanted to be in my life, so I touch his cheek and run my thumb down towards his jaw line.

        "Sure thing, Dont be early and dont be late." I say as I stand up and nod toward the door telling him, that I was done for the day aswell. He smiles at me and then packs his backpack up and walking towards the door.

      "You dont think Jackie will care do you?" He taunts me and I laugh and I shake my head running my hand through my hair.

        Jack Roberts had never cared about me. I tell him so too, even though in the back of my mind I wanted it to be a lie and I wanted to tell him I couldnt go tomorrow because I had other plans, Instead I walked him out of my house and I promised him that I wouldnt cancle, no matter what.
