Expect the Unexpecting {3}

I saw everything fine...just one problem. I saw flames surrounding each object and charatcer inside the house. I quickly took it off. Out of breath. "Whoa." Was all I could say. "What?" She questioned. "I saw fire when I placed this over my face." "Liar! That's nbot possible!" She yelled playfully. "Let's ask Nicolas about it." "Why he's not smart." Pamela explained." I giggled. "Don't be mean towards the boy." I begged. "Fine." She laughed. I grabbed the phone and dialed his number. mumbling the numbers I finally pressed talk. It rung for many rings and he finally picked up. "Hey Kimberly what's up?" "How did you know it was me?" He sighed. "I have caller ID Kimberly." I gulped. "Look we need you to come over...something weird just happened." "Okay where are you?" "Pamela's." He sighed and hunged up. "Okay...." I glanced down at the mask upon my lap and sighed. "Put yours on Pamela." She placed it on a smiled. "I see lots and lots of flowers and vines and practically wilderness circling the living room." "Weird. How come I see fire and you see flowers?" She shrugged. "Super odd!" "I'm tired.....wanna sleep." I nodded and settled myself on a couch. She took place on the other couch and snuggled in a blanket.

~hours later~

BAM BAM BAM!!!!

I jumped up and fell over the couch. Pamela raced to the door. I rested my cheek on my left palm and tapped my fingers on my cheek and on the ground. "Now you come Nicolas! We called you hours ago!" "Sorry I had to do something and bring my backpack.....with a whole bunch of stuff." He exlpaned. "Leave him alone Pamela....come on in Nicolas." I said waving my hand. He moved in trying not to make contact with Pamela. "I found this on my bed with my room spotless!" Nicolas said. I looked at him as he rummaged through his backpack. He pulled out a mask like mine and Pamela's but his had a lightning bolt on it. No wait the design was a lightning bolt on all of them. "Put it on!" I shouted louder than I hoped. "Okay." He placed it on. "What do you see?" He rose and eyebrow and removed the mask. "Yo Kimberly all I see is that lamp over there is closer than what I see after I removed the mask." I rose an eyebrow. "Hey Nicole what's up?" Pamela must have been talking on the phone. "Ryan is at my friken house!!! He's being a stalker!" She shouted. "Oh? You want us to come and pick you up? You can sleep over with Kimmy and I!"  My eyes widen. "Okay were coming!" She said in a cheery voice!" She shut the phone. "Take one of my bikes Kimberly. Nicolas how did you get here?" "I roller bladed here." He said. "Okay...make sure you don't fall behind." I stood up, placed on my shoes and walked outside. Pamela and Nicolas follwed. "Pamela lock te door." I said. She always forgot to. "Oh right." She locked it and followed me to the back. I grabbed a red bike and she grabbed a purple one. We steered the bike to the front of the house where Nicolas was putting his rollerblades on. He stood up and placed his helmet on his head. I placed mine on. Pamela didn't have another bike helmet so she used her dad's motorbike helmet. We rode off.

~Moments later~

"Here we are!" Pamela said. "Yeah but where is he?" I asked. They both shrugged. We meaning me and Pamela hopped off the bike while Nicolas rolled towards the steps and grabbed on the railing to guide him up. "Nicole?" I knocked on the door. It opened. "It's unlocked?" Nicolas asked. "Does it look unlocked to you idiot!" Pamela yelled. "Hush!" "Oh my god thank you they are here!" "Nicole you okay?" "Yeah he left with Pablo." I looked at her. "So how long was he here?" "A while." She shrugged. I sighed. "Come on." Nicole walked out and didn't bother locking the door. "My parents are home." I rasied an eyebrow. We left.

~Many more moments later!~

"Bye!" Nicolas said as he turned into his street we waved goodbye. Anohter two or three streets and we got to Pamela's. "The door is unlocked maybe Patricia is home." We walked in. "Ah! Finally I get to sleep!" I jumped on the couch and closed my eyes smiling. "Look Pamela I found this in my drawer." She pulled out a white mask. Whiter than the snow. The lips of the mask was dark blue and a design of snowflakes was along the edge. "That's beautiful." I exclaimed. "Just like ours." Pamela said pulling out her mask. The green and gold divided into diamonds and a faint pattern of lightning bolts along the mask. Gold vines along the mask's perimetre. The crease of the eyes had colden glitter and the lips of the mask was a darker shade of green. I rummaged through my bag and pulled out a red mask. It was divided by diamonds. Gold  red and black . It's lips were black and this one had a no different pattern. There was music notes in some parts of the mask. The ribbon was black. They were all beautiful. Nicolas's one was too. It was a silverish-grey and blue at some parts. The lips were pale white and faint lightning bolts was the design. "Weird." I said still gazing at the mask. "I saw a winter wonderland when I put it on today." "Oh?" She nodded and fell asleep within minutes. Pamela fell asleep too later on. I layed on the couch and stared at the roof. "How weird." I mumbled. A knock upon the door killed the silence. I looked over. I slipped on my long silky red robe on top of my checkered red and black Pj's bottoms and my red tank top I was going to wear tomorrow. I pulled my hair behind my ear and wen to the sink. A knock came upon the door again. I grabbed a glass and filled it with icy cold water. I chugged most of it down and went to the door with the cup in my hands, pulling the robe together with one hand and tied it up. I had troubles opening the door wit hone hand but I managed. "Hello. Whoa!" The glass slipped through my hands and it shttered by my foot. "Oh my god." I said raising my hand over my mouth as my jaw hanged open.
