Growing Up Ch. 1

 She went to the drug store to get a pregnancy test and ran into a couple of Ronald's old football player buddies. It was TJ and Craig to be exact, secretly she had always had a thing for Craig. But she feared Ronald to much to leave him before. Her mind is now fluttered off to lala land thinking about how they could be together. Then the light bulb finally went off in her adolesent brain. Duhh..Jenny did you forget why you are here, and not to metion you have a boyfriend. She thought to herself.

She finally got what she needed, plus some skittles, and a hip-hop magazine. There was just something about buying a pregnancy test by itself that made her feel weird. She walked to the bathroom at the back of the store..did her thing, and patiently waited. Finally after a few minutes which seemed like forever. There was a negative sign...Yayy my eggo is not prego, she said thinking of the movie Juno, and the store clerk laughed.

Now she went back home smiling, and calm now that she had got all that off of her mind. She even hugged her parents as she came in the front door. They all went in the living room to watch a few movies and all was well until the phone rang. Hello..Taylor (Jenny's Mom) answered the phone. Jenny slumped down in her seat thinking it was Jimmy or if it was Craig..she was'nt ready to choose. But luckly it was'nt either it was one of her mom's friends.

 Brock (Jenny's Dad) suddenly asked. So who are you going out with? What Jenny replied. I seen the way you looked at Craig in the drug store, and it looks like you like him more compared to the way you look at Jimmy. Damn..Busted!! She silently screamed in her mind.  You need to tell Jimmy if you don't like him anymore, so you don't hurt him and possibly lose your friendship. Since when do you care about Jimmy's feelings? And you could'nt stand him the other day. Jenny replies.

Thats because I caught you in bed together, I don't think any father would be to happy seeing that and I actually kept myself from knocking the shit out of him. He said laughing. Yeah well I don't know right now and I need to be alone so I can do some serious thinking. So i'm going up to my room. OK good night...one more thing before you go to bed though Jen. And what is that? She asked. Your ass needs to get a job! He replied playfully.
