{SCHOOL}

As I walked to the cafeteria, I thought about what happened yesterday. Just then Andy, Josh, and Travis turn the corner. I blush and walk faster.

"Hey Annalie." That's not Andy. I turn around to see Beckie standing behind me.

"Oh, hey Beck."

"Anna Marie Locke, you didn't call me back yesterday." she said disappointed.

"I'm sorry I was really busy, you know, doing homework." I lied not being able to think of anything else. "So what did you want to tell me?"

"Well you know Travis, he asked me out!" She exclaimed.

"That's wonderful!" To bad she doesn't know he goes around beating people up.

By that time we were at the cafeteria. It was pretty full but the one person I was looking for stood out. Maybe because he has a huge bruise on his eye, and because he was wearing all black again. He was definatly goth. Oh well.

"Who are you looking at?" Beckie asked.

"Oh...nobody." I responded too fast.

"He doesn't look like a nobody too me. What happened to his eye?!?!"

"Andy Baknier punched him. Anyways, you don't mind if we sit with him today do you?"

"There is no way in hell you would catch me sitting with him."

"Fine, I'll go by myself." I said angryily.

"May God be with you."

I grabbed my tray and made my way over too were he was sitting all by himself. As I walked to him I thought about what happened on the way home last night. He was looking at my ring the whole time...GOD...What am I gonna say?

If he askes just tell him, but if he doesn't just don't say anything.

By now I was at the table so I plopped my tray down and sat across from him.
