Demetri walks up the 10 flights of stairs to his apartment. He lives in an abandoned Warehouse so nobody will find him. The stairs creak and have broken before but that doesn't stop him. He doesn't trust the elevator. Even though he could kill someone in less then 3 seconds, he doesn't feel the need to go up and down when he could get the exsercise by walking.

As Demetri walks into his piece-of-shit apartment, that has flower wall paper and crappy furniture, all he could think about was the werewolf. The one that made him stall. The only one he didn't feel the need to rip to shreds. The one that he wanted to keep alive.

No they are going to kill me. 

Somebody knows by now.

He goes and lies on the bed in the bedroom. His bedroom is filled with pictures of him and Kerry. Ones of him and Kerry at the park, ones of him and Kerry by her new car. The memories bring tears to his eyes. He thinks about what life will be like without her. The more he thinks about Kerry, the more he thinks about the werewolf. If only he knew her name.

He rolls onto the faded shag carpet and kicks his shoes off. He goes into the kitchen and trys to find something to do to pass the daylight with. Coming up with nothing but knifes, magazines, more pictures of Kerry, and a pouch of blood that was about 3 weeks old. He was always getting them from the Council.

I need to go pay them a visit before they come and see me...
