P.S. I Love You [17]

I sat there in Biology really sad and no note to read. No Dustin to look at. The only thing I saw were guys staring at me. I felt alone and I was not happy. I needed Dustin more than anything right now.

            Once the bell rang I went to my locker and Jenna was leaning on it waiting for me. Once I got there I pushed her just a little so I can open my locker and get my books. Jenna was just watching me and then she finally asked, “What’s wrong?”

“I feel like I have made a big mistake.” I said grabbing my lip gloss to put some on.

“Well, I am sure he will forgive you.”

“That’s not the big mistake is. The big mistake is me going out with Dustin.”

“Why?”

“We weren’t meant to be that’s why things keep going wrong.”

“NO! you are meant to be.”

“I don’t know.”

“Give him one more chance.”

“Okay.”

            After school was over I went home got my cell phone and layed down on my bed. I called Dustin and it kept ringing ad ringing. Then he finally answered, “Hello?”

“Hey Dustin its Serenity.” I said excited

“Oh hey. Whats up?”

“I am so sorry Natasha finally told the truth.”

“That’s great and I forgive you.”

“So are we still going out?”

“Of course. Well I got to go talk to you later.”

“Okay bye.”

            I was so happy to talk to him. I was even happier that he forgave me. I went to sad to ecstatic.  The next day I went to school and went to Jenna’s locker to tell her all about the phone call. Jenna was very excited about everything. “Wow, everything is going great for you what could be better?” Jenna asked

“Nothing. Nothing at all.” A whole lot could be better. Dustin could be right next to me hugging me, slowly going into a kiss, a long kiss.

“Want to skip school today and go to the mall.”

“I never skip school.”

“It will be fine.”

“Well okay then.”

            So we skipped school and went to the mall. Then we went to the smoothie place and the weirdest thing was that I saw a guy that looked exactly like Dustin. It was weird. But I just forgot about it and enjoyed my time here.
