Girl Battle Chapter 4

I was over at one of the senior’s house. It was weird because I would never expect a senior to be helping me. All the seniors there were Carry, Cathy, and Aj. “Since you are already gorgeous we just need to show you how to put make up on and how to dress a bit better.” Carry said.

                They spent an hour teaching me how to put makeup on. I got the lipstick and blush part but it took me awhile to get all the eye makeup. I guess it was all harder than I thought. We decided to go shopping for all my new outfits. After our shopping trip I went home to do a fashion show for all the girls. Then my mom walked in and started to yell, “What are you wear?” She grabbed me aside.

“I am wearing the new fashion.” I said

“I don’t care about the clothes I mean the makeup.”  She started wiping off my face.

“What’s wrong with makeup?” I slapped her hand so she would stop wiping off my makeup.

“It just hides your beauty.” She said

“No it makes me more beautiful.” I pointed to the door, which was a sign for her to leave. “Okay I will leave but you are not wearing makeup tomorrow.” She left the room.

                It was the next day at school. My mom wanted to drive me to school to make sure I wasn’t going to put on makeup. So I had to go searching for Jonnie. I found near the bathroom. “Why aren’t you wearing makeup?” Jonnie asked me.

“Because my mom made sure I wasn’t wearing it and I that I wasn’t bringing any to school to put on.” I said rolling my eyes

“Well you are lucky that I am always thinking.” Jonnie pulled out a makeup bag.

“Why are we still out here? Let’s go put on some makeup.” I said. So we went into the bathroom and we finished in 2 minutes. We walked out of the bathroom to find Ryan. Of course when I was looking for Ryan I bumped into Zack. “Michelle I was wandering if you want to go out?” He seemed nervous.

“Not really and aren’t you going out with Tina?” I asked

“I was she dumped me for Ryan.” He told me

“Oh no…” Zack cut me off.

“What’s oh no?” He asked

“Tina is going to get her heart broken. Ryan will probably only go out with her to become popular.” I explained.

“So what? He could do that and still like her.” He said

“I doubt that. Where are they?”

“They are by the fountain outside, but…” I ran as fast as I could. There were two reasons I didn’t want Tina to go out with him. The second reason was because I need to win him. Once I finally made it outside I saw Tina and Ryan getting up and they were holding hands I was too late. Now I wonder what will happen if Zack is right.

“I saw you running so I chased after you. Why were you running?” Jonnie asked

“Ryan and Tina going out.” I explained in short terms.

“Oh god” Jonnie probably didn’t get exactly why that was bad, but she pretended she did.
